Does the agent produce real Excel and PowerPoint files?
Yes, downloadable files, generated by the code it runs. The workbooks contain real formulas that recalculate when you edit a cell, and the decks are 16:9 with speaker notes on every slide.
What happens when data is missing?
It says so. No figure is invented: missing data becomes a question or a clearly marked placeholder to fill in, and the rows left out of a calculation are listed.
Can it work inside a file that is already open?
Yes, if the Ezyagents add-in for Excel, PowerPoint and Word — or the Google Sheets sidebar — is paired: the agent reads your selection and writes into the range you point at, with no download. Otherwise it produces the file.
How do you set up recurring reporting?
Build the report once with the agent, until it suits you. It then schedules it — every Monday, at the start of every month — with its sources, its calculations and its recipients; you approve the first recurring send before the schedule is left to run.
