How much does EzyAgents cost?
The trial is free for 14 days, no credit card. After that, the Solo plan is €49/month (€39/month billed annually) and the Pro plan €129/month (€99/month annually). The Enterprise plan, for large organizations, is quoted individually.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. All plans are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Annual billing works out as two months free compared with monthly.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. You start with a 14-day trial without entering a card: one business agent of your choice, all its tools and 50 conversations to test it in real conditions. At the end of the trial, you decide whether to activate a subscription.
What is the difference between the Solo and Pro plans?
Solo gives you one business agent of your choice, 300 conversations per month and up to 3 users. Pro gives you all ten business agents plus the Pilot orchestrator, 1,000 conversations per month, unlimited users, choice of AI provider, scheduled workflows and API access.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What are enrichment credits?
They are used for sales prospecting: prospect search, verified work email, phone, AI calls. They are bought separately from subscriptions, as packs, and are only consumed when the Sales agent actually enriches a contact.
Is the cost of AI included in the subscription?
Yes. From the Pro plan onwards, the AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral or AWS Bedrock in an EU region) is managed by EzyAgents: no API key to supply, no extra cost. You can also bring your own keys (BYOK) and pay for AI at cost with your provider.
