Can an AI agent give legal advice?
No, and this one does not claim to. It produces a preparatory analysis, marked as such, to be validated by a legal professional before any commitment. On litigation, a formal notice received or the termination of an employment contract, it builds the case file for your lawyer instead of deciding.
How does a contract review work?
You attach the contract. The agent identifies its type and your side, reviews the expected clauses — subject, term, price, liability, termination, intellectual property, personal data, jurisdiction —, sorts each point into blocking, negotiable or compliant, quotes the exact clause and proposes a rewrite. The dates it finds feed the deadline tracking.
How is the GDPR register maintained?
As a living document: created once, extended with every new processing activity or tool you mention — purpose, legal basis, data categories, retention period, recipients, security measures. A data-subject request triggers the acknowledgement and the one-month deadline reminder.
Are the legal references it cites reliable?
The agent only cites an article after verifying it at the official source; without verification it cites nothing and says so. Analyses do not circulate in Slack or Teams: only summaries and alerts are posted there, never clause text, amounts or individuals' names.
